Toned and athletic: 5 on the board, and the evening each one suits
Five women here have an athletic build, and in every case it comes from actually doing something rather than from talking about it. Sonya is 162 cm, dark brown haired, hazel eyed and easily the fittest woman on the board, which she is entirely matter of fact about. She trains most mornings, has travelled more than anybody here, and likes an early table and a clear finish.
Tina is 158 cm, espresso brown haired, and in near constant motion. She trains hard, eats accordingly, and crosses WC2 at a pace that leaves most people half a street behind.

What the list is good for
Walking, mostly. Most of them would rather walk twenty minutes than wait ten for a car, and they are usually right about which is faster at that hour. If your idea of a good evening ends with a canal towpath, a set of empty squares or a district crossed on foot, this is the list.
It is also the steadiest list for a long day. Sonya will have trained that morning and worked a full day before she arrives, and she will mention neither unless you ask.

Angelika is in Mayfair, Laura and Nora are both in Paddington within a few streets of the station and the basin, Sonya is in Knightsbridge, and Tina is in Covent Garden. That is good coverage of the middle and the west.
One of the five is blonde and sits on the blondes list as well, three are brown haired, and one is black haired and also raven haired.

Nora and Laura take late arrivals off a delayed train or flight better than anybody, which makes them the obvious names for a journey beyond the M25 or an airport hotel evening. Sonya wants a seven o'clock table and a clear finish time and will say so rather than leaving it vague. Angelika suits an evening with other people in the room, and Tina is the easiest first booking on the board.
