Note 01
About Nora
Honey blonde hair and hazel eyes, on an athletic 166 cm frame that comes from actually doing something rather than talking about it. Nora dresses simply and well for W2: a knitted dress in winter, something light in summer, a coat she can walk in and a bag with nothing unnecessary in it. Mid twenties. She looks rested, which is a strange thing to notice about somebody and the first thing most people do.
She speaks English and she is calm in a way that is genuinely restorative after a long day of travel. She does not chatter, she does not perform, and she asks the sort of question you can answer in one sentence or twenty. She runs along the canal most mornings, swims when she can, and has read a surprising amount about the history of the railways that brought everyone to her doorstep.
A Paddington evening with her usually means Pearl Liang, down in the basin off Sheldon Square, where the room is pink, the dim sum is far better than the setting suggests and the water outside is completely still. She likes a table by the window. W2 is her own postcode, so if you have just come off the Heathrow train she knows exactly which table near the platform will feed you well.
She is away until 9 October and the first evenings after that are being held now. The basin, the station and the rest of the W2 names are on the Paddington page. Give booking a night and a hotel and you will be told the first date she has on her return.

Note 03
An evening with Nora
She assumes nothing about the state you are in when you land, and she asks rather than guessing. If you want to eat immediately she will have somewhere in mind three minutes from the door. If you want an hour to shower and think, she will take a coffee and read.
Sheldon Square in the evening is one of the odder corners of London: office buildings, still water, and a restaurant that feels like it was transplanted from somewhere else entirely. She eats well and talks easily, and she is very good at the sort of conversation that asks nothing impressive of you. Afterwards the walk along the canal towards Little Venice takes fifteen minutes and is almost always empty, which she rates as the best thing in the whole district.

What people wrote back
Nothing has been written up under Nora yet, which is usually what discretion looks like. A note goes on the board only when a client sends one in writing, she agrees to it, and the office has checked that it reads as a first name, a month and nothing private.
