Escorts in Wapping, E1W: who is close, and how soon
Oliver's Wharf, a Victorian warehouse on Wapping High Street, was turned into flats in the early 1970s, one of the first dock warehouses in London to become homes. Most of E1W has gone the same way since: lofts behind the old loading doors, Georgian terraces built for dock officials, low brick streets laid over a filled-in dock, and new blocks on the ground where newspapers were printed from 1986.
E1W is not home to anyone on the board, so she comes east from the central zones to a district made mostly of homes. The address is the part worth getting right for escorts in Wapping, and each kind of housing here asks for slightly different details in the message.

Note 02
Lofts behind the loading doors
Wapping High Street and Wapping Wall are lined with the old riverside wharves, tall brick warehouses with their loading doors still stacked one above another up the walls. Once the London Docks closed in 1969 the cargo went elsewhere, and over the following decades most of these buildings became flats, their river sides turned into windows and balconies over the Thames.
A loft in one of them usually sits behind a single street door shared by the whole building, so the office needs the building's name or number, which flat, and which buzzer.
Note 03
Pierhead terraces and the filled-in dock
Where the London Docks once opened onto the river, at Wapping Pierhead, two Georgian terraces built for the dock company's officials face each other across a garden that was the dock entrance. They are private houses now, among the oldest homes in the district.
Inland, much of the old dock water was filled in after the closure and built over in the 1980s with streets of low brick houses and small blocks, while the Ornamental Canal keeps a thread of water running through them towards Shadwell Basin, itself ringed with housing of the same years. Part of the dock ground also held the printing works that moved here in 1986, and that site now carries a new quarter of blocks of flats.
Note 04
At a private door in E1W
The office asks for the same few things at every kind of door here: the street and the postcode, the house or flat number, and any buzzer. Nothing about a Georgian house, a converted wharf or a new block changes how Wapping escorts are booked; only the way in differs.
Her knock usually comes an hour or so after the office says yes, later at rush hour, and each length is laid out on the rates. If the end of your road suits you better than the door, say so and she meets you in the street. Westward the river leads to Tower Bridge, eastward to Limehouse, and Aldgate lies to the north west.

Is a house on the Pierhead handled differently from a flat?
The block I live in has a front desk. Does that change anything?
I have taken a short let on the old dock ground for a week. Is it treated like a home?
